Service Kit - DGX Gears D6 Regulators
† Service kits and repair parts are sold with special terms of: NO warranty, NO return, and NO support. Your complete satisfaction is our goal, so please consider carefully before ordering service kits and repair parts.
These are the service kits for the DGX Gears D6 regulators ONLY, and are Nitrox Ready. They contain those items deemed necessary for routine periodic service of functioning equipment, not additional parts required for repair. Dive Gear Express believes the consumer has the "right-to-repair" and our policy is to make the DGX Gears regulator service parts individually available for purchase without restriction.
The components in the DGX Gears service kits are oxygen compatible and oxygen clean prior to use. If the regulator is intended for use with any gas containing more than 23.5% oxygen, then it should serviced as appropriate according to your technician training for oxygen service procedures. The pamphlet CGA G4.1 "Cleaning Equipment for Oxygen Service", describes the best practices for inspecting and cleaning equipment used in the production, storage, distribution and use of oxygen.
See Product Attachments tab for service manuals and service parts kit schematic diagrams.

Customer Reviews
Availability of sub-assemblies and components, repair parts, specialized tools and maintenance manuals does not imply qualification to assemble and/or service scuba equipment.
Most authorized dealers are able to perform warranty, repair and service work on your equipment. Service by other than an authorized dealer may void the warranty. Improper service of dive equipment can lead to serious injury or death.
Dive Gear Express recommends that divers participating in more advanced technical and exploration type diving be trained in equipment service. We recommend that non-qualified individuals seek professional training/mentoring before attempting repairs or servicing on any diving equipment.
