The new Dive Rite CX3 Handheld Light has been completely redesigned to provide more power with new features. Building on the success of the CX series, the CX3 packs some impressive and convenient features which include:

• Luminous SST-40 LED chip providing 1900 lumens at max output †
• Head mounted push button operation with battery charge indicator light
• High capacity 5000 mAh 21700 li-ion battery with built-in charger and 2.5 max charge time
• 2 piece tail cap with magnetic quick-disconnect charging
• Pre-tapped to accept Dive Rite QRM strikers and handmounts

The CX3 offers a tight 8 degree beam, and 1900 lumens max power at 6500 °K color temperature (essentially the color of daylight.) The hard coat anodized aluminum body has an ergonomic design providing a comfortable and secure grip even with gloves or cold bare hands. The CX3 allows the diver to choose a brightness level and burn time † that matches their dive plan. All power modes (High, Medium, Low, Very Low, and Strobe) are easily selected using the head-mounted push button. Once the light has been on with no button presses for 5 seconds or more, pressing the button once will turn it off regardless of which mode it is in. The button is also illuminated with a color LED indicating the level of battery charge, so you’ll never be left in the dark unexpectedly: Green = 100% - 60%, Red = 60% - 20%, Flashing Red = below 20% battery level.

†All runtimes are rated with 0.5 hour accuracy. Specified max lumen values are measured at 30 seconds after turning the light on with freshly charged batteries with lumen values slowly tapering down while in use.
