CCR Skills Sheet Set, Confined (C-3400-1) and OW (C-3400-2)

The International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers (IANTD) prepared these summaries of the CCR skills that are reviewed in all IANTD CCR courses. There are two sheets in the set, printed front and back. One sheet lists the various skills for confined water and the other sheet lists the skills and drills for open water. IANTD standards require CCR instructors to have these sheets and they are recommended equipment for CCR students. All CCR divers can benefit by using the sheets to periodically review and practice their CCR skills.

The waterproof flexible sheets are designed to accompany the diver on the dive and are easy to read underwater. They are nearly indestructible and can be rolled or folded into a compact size. They are printed on both sides of white waterproof fabric sheets using special flexible inks, in black with blue highlighting. With the same rounded corners and size as the IANTD waterproof tables, the { 7 in x 9 in | 17.2 cm x 22.9 cm } sheets have a punched hole so you can assemble several into an easy-to-manage collection.

CCR Pre-Dive Essential Dive Preparation Verification

The International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers (IANTD) prepared this pre-dive checklist for use by closed circuit rebreather divers. Currently, using a checklist is the best solution to prevent errors of omission. Typically, rebreather divers assemble and check their unit prior to transporting it to the dive site. The diver can use the factory manual and factory checklist to perform the assembly and post assembly checks. The pre-dive checklist is performed at the dive site after the rebreather has been transported and before entering the water. This generic checklist covers all the basics. The most important consideration is that any checklist is better than none. Whatever your checklist, for your safety always have it with you and use it before every dive.
